Fastfit
International Inc. was created in response to the growing demand
for premium circuit training facilities. Extensive research
revealed that the Canadian consumer requires additional
effective and accessible fitness facilities. Medical
professionals confirm that 30 minute circuit training, performed
correctly three times weekly, will provide effective physical
training for most individuals. Our first development, Fastfit 30
Minute Fitness For Men, has targeted the lack of Canadian
managed 30 minute fitness facilities for men. We are Canada’s
fastest growing mens fitness chain.
Fastfit
International Inc. has also identified a variety of other
fitness related business concepts that are presently under
development. The company was formed by Mark Reynolds and Keith Gear, two Canadian businessmen who twenty years ago developed Ruffin’s Pet Centres, a chain of Canadian franchise pet centres. These two partners have a wealth of Canadian business knowledge, extensive real estate, legal and financial relationships and are pleased to be presenting another innovative business concept to Canada. The almost
overnight explosion of women’s only circuit training facilities
has changed the way consumers approach personal fitness. The 30
minute circuit concept, when set up with the correct equipment
and program, will provide the equivalent fitness benefit of a 90
minute workout at a “traditional” gym. Fastfit International
Inc. has developed unique partnerships with equipment
manufacturers, fitness providers and health experts in order to
develop the most effective and affordable 30 minute fitness
facilities in Canada. |
