The FastFit System is a comprehensive
health program incorporating the three components recommended by the Canadian
Health Network: strength, cardiovascular
and flexibility.
The FastFit System incorporates premium
strength, cardio and health equipment in an
easy to follow and fun work out program.
Yes – fun! We have eliminated a lot of the
stress factors associated with traditional
gyms and have created a comfortable environment to improve your personal
fitness.
Once you enter the circuit you will receive a
complete physical workout in about 30
minutes. The equipment is always available – just get on an available station and start
the circuit. The program requires a minimum
of personal time – less then two hours per
week – for improved personal health.
The FastFit System is designed to improve
your work out as your personal fitness level
improves. The “resistance” of the equipment
is variable and will increase as your fitness
level increases. You will always be
challenged in the FastFit System and you
will always be improving your personal
health.

The FastFit System
Fast, fun and effective. That is the FastFit
System. All FastFit 30 Minute Fitness For
Men Clubs are equipped with a unique variety of equipment to ensure that you receive
a total workout. Each club has eight strength
stations, six cardio stations and a unique “stretch zone”. Our system involves the use
of the stretch zone before starting the circuit,
using each piece of equipment in 40 second intervals, completing the circuit three times,
and cooling off at the stretch zone at the
end.

Each club features eight strength stations.
These stations will provide the necessary
movements to work the major muscle
groups. Each strength piece utilizes dual
action hydraulic resistance cylinders, with
variable resistance settings, to work two sets
of muscle groups during each exercise. The
Fastfit strength system works all of the
major muscle groups in your body. Effective
use of the equipment quickly builds lean
muscle mass.

Cardio Training
Each club features six cardio stations. The
stations are unique in the quick fitness industry and provide a complete upper and
lower body cardio workout. The unique
combination of the cardio stations provides a complete heart healthy workout
and the variety of stations keeps your
training routine interesting.

Advanced Equipment
The FastFit System also includes unique
equipment. The first is a Precor Stretch
Trainer. This piece of equipment was
originally designed for professional golfers to
improve their score and reduce damage to
their muscle groups. The Stretch Trainer is an
integral part of the FastFit System but is not
included in the strength and aerobic circuit.
The Stretch Trainer targets eight essential
movements, focusing on your back, arms and
legs. To complete a total stretch program
takes less than two minutes but will enhance
your overall workout and increase your
flexibility. The second piece of equipment is
the BioSig instant heart rate monitor station.
This is the same heart monitor used in
medical facilities and provides the most
accurate heart rate during physical exercise.
The BioSig heart monitor allows the members
to track their heart rate accurately to ensure
the most effective workout program.

FastFit Tracking Program
Each FastFit club is equipped with the latest
health management software that helps you
reach your fitness goals. Enrollment in the
Tracking Program is free and the system is
user friendly. Each club has a heart rate
monitor, digital scale, blood pressure monitor
and body fat analyzer. At the start of the
FastFit Tracking Program we record your
resting heart rate, your blood pressure,
weight and Body Mass Index (BMI). We will
update this information monthly and provide
you with a tracking report.
The FastFit Tracking System allows each
member to chart their personal fitness
progress, using identifiable health benchmarks, on an ongoing basis. You will
receive the same data from your club as you
would from a health professional. By enrolling
in the FastFit Tracking System you have
more control on your personal health and you
will be able to follow your improving fitness
level.
